Common failure phenomena: the main oil pump produces noise and creeps, that is, the movement of the main oil cylinder piston rod is fast and slow, and the speed is uneven.

Cause of failure: The reason for the piston rod of the main oil cylinder crawling may be that the seal ring of the piston rod of the main oil cylinder is too tight. After the oil temperature rises, the resistance of the piston rod movement increases, which affects the movement of the piston. In addition, the main oil pump is loosely installed, which not only produces noise The reason may also cause air to enter the hydraulic oil circuit, which causes the master cylinder piston rod to crawl, and the reason for the air in the hydraulic oil circuit

(1) Foaming of hydraulic oil

(2) The oil temperature is too low or the oil suction filter is clogged

(3) The oil level of the oil tank is too low, the main oil pump sucks in air

(4) Air leakage from the main oil pump suction line

Troubleshooting: If the sealing ring of the piston rod of the main cylinder of the concrete delivery pump is too tight, replace the sealing ring. If the hydraulic oil foams, replace the hydraulic oil in the oil tank. If the oil temperature of the oil tank is too low, add hydraulic oil to the oil tank
